Job Summary:

The Director of Marketing is a key member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for overseeing the marketing and digital commerce teams. This role involves assessing, creating and executing the company's marketing and digital strategy and related plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop the marketing and digital channel strategic direction and execute a comprehensive plan aligned to the organization's goals and objectives for market and revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction
  • Translate the strategy into tactical plans that drive the results through team accountability
  • Align communication, people, culture, processes, resources, and systems to ensure effective implementation and delivery of required results with speed, agility, high standard of quality, and within budget
  • Build a talented team by setting high standards for personal and team success and holding team accountable by coaching, mentoring, and supporting them using effective measurement methods to monitor progress toward goal attainment
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop marketing and digital assets across a range of media including print, digital, social, and events platforms
  • Establish processes to generate customer and competitive insight; leverage insights to drive market and revenue growth
