Job Title: Natural Stone and Tile Branch Manager

Triton Stone Group, a leading natural stone and tile importer, is seeking a Branch Manager to join our team. With 22 design showrooms across the country, we have established ourselves as a trusted provider of high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Retail Design Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the sales team meets their goals and provides an unparalleled customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure operations team supports sales team in meeting goals and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate inventory, including receiving and shipping, documentation, and process discipline
  • Invoice products accurately, including slab sizes and quantities
  • Manage system maintenance, including holds, sales orders, pick tickets, and transfers
  • Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures
  • Fleet management, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and licensing
  • Process daily deposits and apply payments accurately
  • Handle returns and damage claims
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, loading, and times
  • Facilities maintenance, including local vendor management, landscaping, and cleaning
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience
  • Prior industry experience preferred, but high-end retail, design, or fashion experience considered
  • Experience managing a team of 6-8 sales associates
  • Self-starter with excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School or GED required, Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
