  • Recognize and reward team members for their contributions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in program management and project delivery.
  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and employees.
  • Track record of winning FDOT work and County and Municipal projects.
  • Previous experience in an AEC related firm.
