Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an entry-level member of our corporate headquarters, responsible for various human resources-related functions, including communication protocols, administrative procedures, process control, and task delegation. Recruitment Process:

Candidate Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree
· Previous internship or business-related experience in talent acquisition, corporate recruiting, organizational development, talent management, talent development, learning and development, I/O psychology, or human resources
· Strong business acumen with career aspirations in business, particularly within talent acquisition, organizational development, or talent development
· The following personal attributes: intellectual curiosity, a passion for business leadership, a positive attitude, and belief in what's possible, unwavering self-discipline, commitment to mission, and the inherent urge to do what's right
