Verizon Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at HRO Inc. As a Verizon Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting with local homeowners, reviewing new products and technology available in their area, obtaining and processing orders, and completing the sales cycle. You will also be responsible for managing new and existing client relationships and overseeing and negotiating all new customer contracts. Our ideal candidate will have a strong worth ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and close customers on all Verizon 5G products and services for their home or business
  • Utilize negotiation skills to overturn objections, handle inquiries, and resolve issues as they arise
  • Provide excellent customer service in every interaction with customers regarding their products, sales delivery, and/or issues should they arise
  • Track and accurately report customer account information, territory research, and areas of improvement to upper-level management daily
  • Work with other Sales Specialists to ensure success in this 5G Home product rollout
Requirements and Desired Experience:
  • Associate's Degree or 4-year degree equivalent in the field of Sales, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related field of study
  • 1-2 years of entry-level experience in the field of Sales, Customer Service, Business Development, Retail, Hospitality, or related
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse clientele and Sales Specialist team members
  • A student mentality and ambition to learn entry-level skill sets and utilize them consistently over time
  • Must be a self-motivated, competitive, problem-solving individual
