The Head of Business Growth at Kuresmart is responsible for spearheading the strategy, management, and implementation of the sales team within the organization. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the visibility of Kuresmart's services to both new and existing referral sources across a designated region. The individual will significantly influence the company's branding and public perception while serving as a key liaison for essential partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifies and articulates brand messaging to current and prospective professional referral sources within the assigned region.
- Aims to meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual referral targets for patient engagement with Kuresmart.
- Provides insights regarding the company's marketing strategies and performance based on feedback from referral sources.
- Represents Kuresmart at industry trade shows and exhibitions as necessary.
- Assists in the development of marketing initiatives and evaluates marketing materials, advertising, and promotional efforts for effectiveness and feedback from referral sources.
- Collaborates with the marketing department to create, procure, and manage marketing resources, including educational content and promotional items for each of Kuresmart's brands.
- Organizes educational meetings with referring physician offices, engaging physicians, physician extenders, and their staff.
- Maintains a comprehensive database to monitor activities and outcomes.
- Works closely with internal teams to develop a thorough understanding of the various conditions treated and the therapeutic options available.
- Conducts market research to provide insights on significant trends, including competitor activities and new developments.
- Continuously enhances selling and marketing skills through ongoing training and professional development.
- Networks with both internal and external stakeholders to improve operational knowledge and capabilities.
- Develops effective territories from marketing geographies.
- Analyzes and recommends sales targets, including potential referral sources and new market opportunities.
- Formulates, implements, and executes strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and broaden the customer/patient base.
- Creates and presents weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Manages the sales budget and conducts ROI analyses.
- Maintains an in-depth understanding of the services and procedures offered by Kuresmart.
- Contributes to the establishment of new office locations and conducts marketing assessments.
- Fosters an environment that promotes a continuous pursuit of excellence.
- Trains, develops, and oversees the physician liaison team.
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of physician liaisons.
- Regularly checks work communications throughout the day.
- Participates in and completes all required training and professional development sessions.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales or marketing, including at least three (3) years in a management or training role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Internet and Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical staff, colleagues, and the public.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to respond with patience and understanding in high-pressure situations related to patient care.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of experience in healthcare sales.
- Five (5) years of experience in management or training roles.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Travel Requirements:
The employee must have reliable transportation, as travel for this position may be required up to 100%. While the primary workplace may be closest to the employee's residence, assignments could be at any of Kuresmart's locations.
