Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our hotels. You will work closely with our hotel teams to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with hotel teams to understand their sales needs and provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to address any sales performance issues and improve overall sales performance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area preferred.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
  • 4-year college degree; previous experience in proactive lead generation in hospitality and sales discipline; knowledge of property-specific business segments (e.g. group, catering, transient); knowledge the hospitality industry.
