The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering administrative assistance to the customer service call center and management teams.

- Offering warranty support to address and resolve any issues that may occur in the field.
- Reviewing material availability to ensure customer needs are met.
- Collaborating closely with materials and production teams to effectively support customer requirements.
- Processing and managing customer orders efficiently.
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries or special requests through various communication channels.
- Handling complaints related to billing or services provided.
- Verifying delivery receipts and ensuring orders are accurately matched.
- Preparing necessary credits and debits as required.
