Position Summary:

  • Oversee the delivery of materials to bindery machinery to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
  • Review job schedules and verify job tickets to ensure accurate and complete understanding of tasks.
  • Organize and prepare all components for each job, ensuring they are correctly positioned and grouped in designated areas.
  • Transfer completed press sheets to appropriate bindery equipment or staging areas, conducting quality checks prior to staging.
  • Gather and prepare necessary components for the shipping department to facilitate efficient processing.
  • Communicate with the floor supervisor regarding the status of staged materials at each machine.
  • Manage the storage of completed jobs in the warehouse, ensuring accurate records in the Locator System.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer operations.
