The Property Leasing Specialist serves as the sales representative for the property, with primary responsibilities including welcoming potential residents, professionally showcasing the features and advantages of the property, and securing lease agreements from qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, as well as vendors, to boost leasing agreements.
  • Comprehend and articulate the lease contract to both current and prospective residents.
  • Ensure all units are maintained in optimal condition and prepare move-in packets and coordinate move-in days for new residents.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the property, including organizing resident activities.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents and team members.
  • Conduct daily property walks to maintain strong curb appeal.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
  • Strong sense of urgency with the capability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in articulating and conveying information efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
  • Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Capability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including extreme weather conditions.
  • Willingness to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule.
