About the Role

As a Sales Manager at Moby Consulting, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing wireless retail store team and drive sales growth through effective leadership and development of your team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the store team to create a positive and winning store culture
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail wireless management experience
  • 3+ years of sales or customer experience in telecommunications
  • Ability to work up to 40+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
