Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient education and support as directed by the provider, including explaining treatment options and providing instructions on medication use.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
  • 1 year of Medical Assistant experience or completion of a Medical Assistant program.
  • Preferred: National certification as a Medical Assistant (RMA, NCMA, CCMA, or CMA).
