Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Medical Assistant to provide clinical support to our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing top-notch patient care, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for examination and treatment by taking vital signs and obtaining medical histories
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies
  • Assist physicians with minor surgeries and physicals
  • Answer telephone calls and screen referrals
  • Perform injections and assist with lab testing and phlebotomy
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program or equivalent experience
  • Current Medical Assistant certification (RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, or NCRMA) or ability to obtain within one year
  • One year of Medical work experience (if not certified)
