Job Overview
Our production team consists of dedicated professionals who take immense pride in their craftsmanship and the innovative products they create.

Utilizing automated Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment, we assemble high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs). Key Responsibilities:

  • Solder THT and SMT components according to IPC A 610 Class III Standards
  • Perform rework and touch-ups as per IPC A 610 Class III Standards
  • Assemble PCBs into intricate modules
  • Construct cable and chassis assemblies
  • Press-fit connectors using a manual benchtop press
  • Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)

Material Inspection:
Inspect incoming materials such as PCBs, panels, and heatsinks.

Final Assembly:
Complete the assembly of products and build prototypes for engineering based on schematics.

Inventory Management:
Maintain stock levels of manufacturing consumables and communicate requirements to the purchasing team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
  • Willingness to receive the COVID-19 vaccine
  • Certification in J-STD-001 is preferred
  • Exceptional soldering skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing environments
  • Manual dexterity
  • Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs
