Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing general electrical in-home service calls, establishing customer trust and rapport, and providing the best options regarding the right products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all general electrical in-home service calls
  • Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services
  • Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
Requirements

  • A deep desire to deliver the best products and services to our customers
  • Sales and estimating experience with a hunger to control your earning potential
  • At least 3+ years of progressive experience and at least 1 year in residential electrical
  • Experience leading your own jobs or service calls
  • Journeyman License is preferred and required for sign-on bonus qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to successfully pass a drug screening and background check
  • A valid driver's license and must be insurable
