General Manager Opportunity at M.E. Flow, Inc.

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to join our team as a General Manager at M.E. Flow, Inc. in Leesburg. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales, operations, and profit growth while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience leading teams in a related industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the home services industry, including sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Profit and Loss Experience: 3+ years of experience managing profit and loss, with a proven track record of achieving revenue and profit goals.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in business-to-consumer home services sales.
