Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

  • Organizational: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
