- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively.
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Good judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with a flexible and positive attitude.
