Apartment Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Maintenance Technician to join our team at Indigo Real Estate Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, providing excellent customer service to our residents, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns, including painting and repairs
- Diagnose and repair problems in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness
- Work with outside contractors as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote a quality living experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance or related experience
- Painting experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
- Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
