Role Responsibilities

As the Construction Project Executive, you will lead a dedicated team of Project Managers and Associate Project Managers, ensuring that client projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and aligned with project objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing project strategies.
  • Overseeing the performance of all Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.
  • Participating in pre-construction meetings.
  • Engaging in client presentations and construction meetings.
  • Conducting regular site visits to active construction locations.
  • Reviewing project documentation for compliance with contractual obligations and operational standards.
  • Monitoring the performance of all project participants.
  • Conducting monthly reviews of project documents and assessing risks.
  • Providing guidance and corrective actions for identified deficiencies.
  • Maintaining strong professional relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Delivering monthly progress reports to the Executive Vice President of Operations and Operations Manager.
  • Collaborating with various teams across SOCOTEC to ensure effective oversight of diverse projects.
  • Striving for optimal client satisfaction throughout all phases of the project.
Availability Requirements
  • Willingness to attend evening meetings as needed.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends occasionally.
  • Ability to work remotely from various locations when not in the office.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in the construction industry, including direct management of project teams.
  • Expertise in one or more construction disciplines such as concrete restoration, roofing, HVAC systems, or waterproofing.
  • Strong ability to interpret and enhance construction documents.
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration with contractors and design professionals.
  • Experience leading construction meetings.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional people management and communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal presentation skills, both in-person and online.
