Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of installation projects within enterprise cellular networks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with established safety and quality measures.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones to senior management and clients.
  • Conduct thorough site evaluations and create detailed scopes and quotes for new projects.
  • Oversee multiple project timelines, ensuring completion aligns with set specifications.
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials and the development of project schedules.
  • Perform site surveys, scope projects, and prepare precise project estimates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing DAS and Public Safety network installations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, Visio, and iBwave schematics.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fiber optics construction, splicing, and testing equipment such as OTDR and Spectrum Analyzers.
  • Experience with PIM/RL sweep testing and analysis of results.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Exceptional multitasking and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage effectively with clients and senior management.
