We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Land Development team. With a focus on residential and commercial master planned development projects, this individual will be responsible for planning, providing design guidance, and managing a variety of civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage civil engineering projects from start to finish
  • Provide design guidance and technical expertise to project teams
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Supervise technical staff to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Prepare and manage project scope, budget, and schedule
  • Ensure compliance with QA/QC protocols and corporate standards

Requirements:

  • Registered PE in the states of Washington and/or Oregon
  • Experience in residential and commercial master planned development projects
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment
  • Experience mentoring civil project engineers and EITs
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and specification writing
  • Business development experience and interest in driving client relationships
