Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and driven Quality Engineer to enhance our innovative team. The successful candidate will possess a solid engineering and manufacturing background, ideally within the aerospace sector. This role offers a permanent position with the chance to engage in groundbreaking projects and play a key role in refining our quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Quality Engineer, your duties will include:

1. Establishing and executing quality control systems in accordance with AS9100, ISO9001, and ASME standards.
2. Partnering with suppliers to guarantee the quality of materials and products.
3. Performing audits on processes and quality systems to pinpoint areas needing enhancement.
4. Evaluating manufacturing processes for improvement opportunities and applying effective solutions.
5. Leading investigations into root causes and implementing corrective measures to avert future issues.
6. Offering technical and quality assistance to the manufacturing team.
7. Engaging in product design and development to ensure compliance with quality standards.
8. Compiling quality documentation and reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
9. Educating and mentoring staff on new processes and quality control practices.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Engineer capacity, preferably in the aerospace field.
3. In-depth knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, and ASME standards.
4. Proven track record in managing supplier quality.
5. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and statistical techniques.
6. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality systems.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and leadership skills.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software.
10. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
