Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing quality assurance systems compliant with AS9100, ISO9001, and ASME standards.
- Collaborating with suppliers to guarantee superior quality materials and products.
- Conducting thorough audits of processes and quality systems to pinpoint areas needing improvement.
- Evaluating manufacturing processes for potential enhancements and implementing effective solutions.
- Leading investigations into root causes and executing corrective actions to avert future occurrences.
- Providing technical and quality support to the manufacturing teams.
- Engaging in product design and development to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Preparing quality documentation and reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Training and mentoring staff on new processes and quality control measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Engineer capacity, ideally within the aerospace field.
- In-depth knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, and ASME standards.
- Proven experience in managing supplier quality.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and statistical techniques.
- Demonstrated capability to develop and implement quality systems.
