Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and driven Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a robust background in engineering and manufacturing, ideally within the aerospace domain.

This permanent role presents a unique chance to engage in innovative projects and play a vital role in the ongoing enhancement of our quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  1. Establishing and executing quality control systems in accordance with AS9100, ISO9001, and ASME standards.
  2. Collaborating with suppliers to guarantee the provision of high-quality materials and products.
  3. Conducting audits of processes and quality systems to pinpoint areas needing improvement.
  4. Evaluating manufacturing processes for enhancement opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
  5. Leading investigations into root causes and executing corrective actions to avert recurrence.
  6. Providing technical and quality support to the manufacturing team.
  7. Participating in product design and development to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  8. Preparing quality documentation and reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  9. Training and mentoring staff on new processes and quality control measures.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Engineer role, preferably in the aerospace sector.
  3. In-depth knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, and ASME standards.
  4. Proven experience in managing supplier quality.
  5. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and statistical techniques.
  6. Demonstrated capability to develop and implement quality systems.
  7. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  8. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality control software.
  10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
