6. Conduct thorough root cause analyses and execute corrective measures for process-related issues.
7. Assist in the planning of plant layouts, workflows, and safety measures to foster a secure and efficient work environment.
8. Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, systems, and equipment.
9. Mentor and train junior engineers in manufacturing methodologies and equipment usage.
10. Stay informed about industry advancements and technological innovations to keep the manufacturing processes competitive.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering capacity.
3. Demonstrated expertise in Injection Molding, Automation Projects, and PLC Programming.
4. Proficient in CAD software and MS Office Suite.
5. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
6. Proven project management abilities, capable of leading initiatives from inception to completion.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in team collaborations.
8. Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
9. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles; Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively.
11. Must meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing and lifting.
