Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of the hotel operations team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Supervise and coordinate the front desk team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop front desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent guest service.
  • Revenue Management: Work with the hotel's revenue management system to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that all security and compliance procedures are followed, including the handling of cash and credit card transactions.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Two years of previous hotel experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
