Job Summary

The Front End Supervisor plays a crucial role in the department's day-to-day operations to achieve both departmental and store objectives. Working closely with the Assistant Front End Manager, the supervisor focuses on maintaining operational efficiency to meet Retail Business standards. This involves the training and development of staff, enhancing task performance, and promoting positive customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Training and Development of Staff.
  • Maintain Employee Relations and Engagement.
  • Make Timely Resolutions of Customer or Employee Needs or Concerns.
  • Assure Food & Workplace Safety is Adhered to.
  • Confirm Accurate Data of All Administration Functions.
  • Maintains Ready for Business (RFB) standards.
  • Maintain Vendor, Customer, and Corporate Relations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Prior retail experience and knowledge of Asian products preferred.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of basic math skills, ten key/calculator.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
