Senior IT Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Technician to join our team at TeamLogic IT. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective resolution of end-user issues via telephone, web portal, and email.
- Provision and system setup for new hires.
- Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet defined SLAs.
- Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in resolving support requests.
- Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level when remote tools are not appropriate.
- Install and configure hardware and software components throughout various network infrastructure devices.
- Install, oversee, and configure endpoint protection.
- Microsoft 365 advanced proficiency.
- Microsoft Azure and other public cloud management and oversight.
- Server administration via Active Directory, File & Print services, DNS, DHCP.
- Network firewall, switch, and router administration and maintenance.
- Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Establish good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
- Ensure company safety and security standards are met.
- Some network and server solution design and architecture.
- College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science and/or 5 years equivalent work experience.
- Advanced experience with desktop and server operating systems including Windows 7, Windows 10/11, Server 2012, Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and Mac OS.
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
