Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager is a key member of the Regmovies team, responsible for the day-to-day operations of our theatres. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience, while also driving sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in leading and coaching the theatre team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervise and train non-management employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
- Operate all projection and audio-visual equipment, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Monitor risk management and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Count, deposit, and reconcile all receipts taken in during a business day.
- Supervise theatre maintenance, including performing minor repairs and obtaining qualified personnel for large maintenance concerns.
- Market and promote feature film engagements, including scheduling and delivering show times to all proper channels.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Good public speaking skills and ability to effectively communicate with employees, vendors, and corporate staff.
- Proven experience with PC platforms and knowledge of basic office programs.
