Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Imprimus Labels and Packaging. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective communication with customers, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
  • Gather and document comprehensive customer specifications and communicate them to relevant departments promptly.
  • Represent the company and the customer to ensure mutual understanding and satisfaction.
  • Understand each customer's unique needs and business environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the label printing industry.
  • Label Traxx software experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
