Customer Service Director Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Director to lead our team at Isaac's Restaurant - Centerville. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer service initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Train staff on customer service best practices and provide coaching to improve performance.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing campaigns and promotions that drive customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools.
