Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Actuar como el primer punto de contacto para los empleados en relación con las políticas y procedimientos de beneficios.
  • Supervisar y responder al sistema de tickets de correo electrónico de beneficios dentro de un día hábil.
  • Realizar una presentación sobre beneficios en la orientación para nuevos empleados y mantener los materiales de inscripción.
  • Asegurar la finalización oportuna de inscripciones, separaciones y cambios de cobertura de beneficios.
  • Preparar y conciliar facturas mensuales de primas de beneficios y facturación.
  • Procesar inscripciones mensuales de transporte y otras consultas en el sistema Workday.
  • Asistir con proyectos ad hoc, incluyendo encuestas, análisis de datos y presentaciones.
  • Mantener y actualizar gráficos de licencias y carteles para cumplimiento normativo.
  • Colaborar con el Enlace de Recursos Humanos, Socios de Negocios de Recursos Humanos Senior y personal del programa en asuntos de licencias.
  • Preparar la documentación de licencias y monitorear el regreso al trabajo y/o extensiones de licencia.
  • Apoyar proyectos de mejora de beneficios y asistir en la planificación de eventos de beneficios y bienestar.

Calificaciones:

  • Se requiere un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en beneficios.
  • Se prefiere encarecidamente a candidatos con experiencia en grandes organizaciones.
  • Conocimiento de las leyes Sección 125, FMLA, ADA, ACA, ERISA y COBRA.
  • Se prefiere competencia en Workday y habilidades avanzadas en Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Título universitario o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
  • Atención al detalle, confidencialidad y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico.
