Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Professional

5 Legal, a top-ranked law firm, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in executive compensation with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and related securities law issues, and should have significant deal experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice on executive compensation and employee benefits matters
- Assisting with mergers and acquisitions transactions
- Developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies
Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are a must. A bar admission in CA, DC, NY, or WA is preferred.
