Marketing Leader Opportunity at Prime Group Holdings, LLC

Prime Group Holdings, LLC, a leading private equity real estate firm, is seeking a seasoned Marketing Leader to drive growth and elevate its brand presence. As a key member of the executive team, you will lead all aspects of marketing for the company's self storage business and commercial real estate holdings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow the Prime Group brand and position it as a premier private equity company.
  • Manage a large marketing budget to support organizational goals and priorities, with a focus on data-driven outcomes.
  • Lead a dynamic marketing team, mentoring and guiding them to develop creative and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Asset Management, to drive business growth and scale the company's physical footprint.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, anticipate market shifts, and identify opportunities for organic growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior-level marketing roles, with a strong track record of increasing responsibilities and accomplishments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA/Master's is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build brands, develop advertising campaigns, and execute across multiple marketing channels, with a focus on ROI and KPIs.
  • Industry-specific understanding of digital marketing, including site optimization, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and display media.
