Cardiovascular Nurse Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Heart and Vascular team at Medical City Arlington. As a Cardiovascular Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including heart failure, coronary artery disease, and arrhythmias.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in educational programs and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest cardiovascular care practices.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in cardiovascular nursing.
