Industrial Equipment Specialist

The Industrial Equipment Specialist is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and traveling to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of heavy industrial equipment. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, including testing and diagnostics.
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust processes or equipment to maximize quality and efficiency.
- Diagnose simple and complex mechanic problems and perform repairs as needed.
- Assist other technicians with performing repairs and maintenance as required.
- Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
- 4+ years' experience with similar industrial equipment strongly preferred.
- 3-6 years prior field service experience preferred.
- Must be capable of performing complex repairs correctly and safely in a shop environment and in the field.
- Must own a basic set of hand tools.
- Must have a valid driver's license or commercial driver's license.
- Able to travel overnight between facilities as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Work long hours and weekends as needed.
- Potential exposure to chemicals, coolants, fire hazards, dust, fumes, as well as high noise levels.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to reach, bend, push, lift, and climb continuously.
