**Direct Support Professional**

Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:- Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Medication Administration: Ensure that medications are administered correctly and on time.
- Meal Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals that meet each individual's dietary needs.
- Leisure Activities: Engage individuals in recreational activities, hobbies, and interests that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The estimated salary for this position is $18-22 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
