Behavioral Support Specialist

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioral support strategies and experience working with students who require additional support. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized plans to support students' goals, as well as collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure consistent and effective implementation.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral support to students who require additional support
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support students' goals

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
