We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing chronic pain cases using various therapies and medications. This includes performing physical exams, administering diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pain management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) is also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and obtain complete medical histories
  • Interpret diagnostic test results and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to manage patient care
  • Provide relief from acute or chronic pain using medications, nerve blocks, electrical stimulation, or other therapies

AZ licensure and board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) are required. Prolotherapy experience is a plus.
