Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is a seasoned professional responsible for planning, organizing, and directing home care services. With a focus on community health education and experience, the RN builds on the resources of the community to plan and direct services that meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
Coverage Area
The RN will provide services in the Victoria and surrounding areas.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the RN must have:
- A current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the state of employment
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program, preferred
- One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting
- One (1) year of home health care experience, preferred
- Management experience not required, but direct supervisory experience of Licensed Vocational Nurses and Nurse Aides/Assistants, preferred
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification
- Working knowledge of OASIS documentation requirements, preferred
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist
