Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing laboratory tests.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure stats, and oversee machine setup.
- Work closely with patients and their families to educate them on their treatment plans and provide emotional support.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus.
