- Some locations may require work in warehouse loading docks for shipping and receiving duties.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Key skills include mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, troubleshooting printing equipment, and copy/print tasks.
- Employees will operate at various customer sites, both independently and under supervision, with training provided.
- Ability to resolve minor printer issues and a general understanding of office printing devices is necessary.
- Responsibilities will include mailroom functions, managing incoming and outgoing mail as per site guidelines.
- Reception and hospitality duties may involve answering calls, scheduling conference rooms via Outlook, and interacting with customers through various communication platforms.
- Flexibility in assignments may require re-assignment to different sites during the workday.
- Work hours may vary by location, typically ranging from 7 AM to 6 PM, with occasional overtime required.
- Standard workweek is Monday through Friday, with availability needed between 7 AM and 7 PM.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role in the service team, supporting daily operations across contracted services within a specified geographic area.
- Provide coverage for absences or vacations of onsite personnel, which may include site management responsibilities.
- May be required to report to alternate sites, necessitating travel that could extend commute times beyond scheduled shifts.
- Assist management in process enhancements, procedural testing, and ensuring compliance with operational best practices.
- Support Field Implementation Managers in onboarding new customer accounts and service expansions.
- Facilitate the training of new team members and cross-training of colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of Site Procedure Guides and disseminate best practices across the region.
- Regularly review Site Procedures Guides for accuracy and compliance at various locations.
- Conduct daily inspections of site services to ensure client and customer compliance with safety standards.
- Foster a customer-centric environment.
- Responsible for escalating customer concerns to management and ensuring resolution.
- Communicate effectively and respond promptly to inquiries from customers and end users.
- Accurately submit monthly expenses in a timely manner, adhering to coding requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
- Post-secondary education is encouraged and preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and communication tools is required.
- Experience in mailroom operations, reception, hospitality, and print production is preferred.
