Job Summary

This role supports the Cooper Neurological Institute (CNI) and involves registering and scheduling patients for outpatient office appointments, procedures, and/or surgeries. The incumbent will also assist with tasks related to patient care and appointments, such as gathering records, scanning, faxing, uploading images, and collaborating with CNI team members and other Cooper departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and schedule patients for outpatient office appointments, procedures, and/or surgeries
  • Assist with tasks related to patient care and appointments, including record gathering, scanning, faxing, and uploading images
  • Collaborate with CNI team members and other Cooper departments, including nursing, healthcare access, patient access center, lab testing, radiology, and OR
  • Demonstrate strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Previous experience with using Epic is highly preferred

Education

A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
