As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Directors and ensuring the smooth operation of our department. Your responsibilities will include:

\tScheduling meetings and coordinating programs
\tManaging data and maintaining accurate records
\tHandling confidential personnel and financial documents
\tAssisting Directors with daily operational functions

You will also serve as a Human Resources liaison, maintaining time and attendance records, and coordinating calendars for Directors. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring accounts payable, compiling data for reports, and performing other duties as necessary.

Education Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
