About the Role:

As a key member of our Sales Team at Total Quality Logistics, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and supporting our established customer base. You will embark on an accelerated training program to gain in-depth knowledge of our industry and company culture. Upon completion, you will become a dedicated Account Representative, responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities by presenting our comprehensive transportation services to customers 24/7/365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team and customers
  • Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide competitive pricing and rates
  • Input, update, and manage shipment information in our cutting-edge systems
  • Work with the support team to guarantee seamless shipment execution
  • Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
  • Develop expertise in our new transportation services

  • College degree preferred, but we value candidates with relevant experience
