Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team at Quirch Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our target accounts.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Financial and business analytical skills.
  • Computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AS 400.
  • Category and product knowledge.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
