**Job Summary**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Floridian Coastline Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients, endorsing policies, taking payments, taking messages, issuing certificates of insurance, and communicating with clients regarding payment and renewal reminders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Interact with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized service
- Endorse policies and make necessary changes to ensure clients' coverage meets their requirements
- Process payments and handle client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Issue certificates of insurance and communicate with clients regarding payment and renewal reminders
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
**Requirements**
- 440-license
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
