Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a Membership Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting BJ's value proposition and selling membership programs to potential new and existing members. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving member concerns in a courteous and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote BJ's value proposition and sell membership programs to potential new and existing members
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve member concerns in a courteous and timely manner
  • Assist with BOPIC (Buy Online and Pick Up In Club) orders for members
  • Maintain all club policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred
  • Results driven with proven success in goal achievement
  • Basic math skills preferred
  • Computer proficiency preferred
Work Environment

The Membership Sales Ambassador will work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent interaction with members and colleagues. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
