About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bring the Café experience to life by engaging with customers and the community in a proactive and personalized manner.
  • Guide customers through goal setting and financial literacy by meeting them where they are and advocating for better financial outcomes.
  • Partner with local businesses, nonprofits, and charities to plan events and promote financial literacy.
  • Volunteer within the community and advocate for financial literacy.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
