Account Executive, Direct Sales

Unlock Your Sales Potential
As a key member of our Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding existing ones within a designated geographic territory or product line. Your primary focus will be on building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capitalize on market trends and achieve operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct competitor assessments and analyze profit pools to inform sales strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management.
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Compensation and Benefits:
Dell offers a competitive total target compensation package, including base salary and commissions, with a 60/40 split. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, wellness, and financial benefits to support your overall well-being.
